Is Iced Tea Dangerous?

Saturday, March 22, 2008

Iced Tea is in the highlight when it comes to breast cancer studies, rather than Iced coffee, Green tea to be unambiguous.

Studies have been executed on rats, showing that rats that drank green tea as an alternative of plain water had a diminution in tumor volume. One such study was published in the academic journal of Cellular Biochemistry (July 2001).

It's also been noticed that along with humans, breast cancer is much less frequent in countries where green tea is consumed habitually. Other dietary or ecological circumstances may also be implicated. In Japan, one study of women diagnosed with breast cancer, bring into being that drinking 3 or more cups of green tea a day reduced the rate of recurrence of breast cancer.

Polyphenols are thought to be the explicit constituent that fights breast malignancy, as well as a number of other sicknesses.

I've also read (from a study) that adding milk to tea like the Brits do actually cancels the effects. Great post. I still like my tea HOT!
